We recommend restarting your device if you experience any of the following issues:
- Syncing issues - Device is freezing or not responding
- Device isn’t tracking steps or other stats correctly
In order to restart your Delta device, tap the Mode button until the Function mode is displayed:
Press and hold the Mode button for 2 seconds to enter the Function mode. Press the mode button until the Reset image is displayed:
Once in the Reset function, press and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds to reset your device.
