Is your dashboard looking as barren as a set from an old Country-Western cowboy film? Well partner, there may be a few reasons why you are yet to see your health analysis displayed in the app.
More data is required
To provide you with an accurate analysis of your sleep, activity and heart health, we require a minimum of 14 days of data within the most recent 28 days. Your weight rating can be generated immediately after you enter your measurements in the app. Mind ratings will be generated after you complete 6 mood check-ins within a 14-day period.

It's time for a fresh sync
If you’ve been faithfully wearing your device for more than 14 days but your dashboard is still looking a bit lonely, this may be because we haven't received your data yet. This is easily fixed by performing a fresh sync between your device and its corresponding app, followed by a fresh sync in our app.
Your Fitbit data permissions may have expired
When you created your account, you would have given permission to allow us access to your health data. The duration of this permission period ranges between 1 day to 1 year. Refreshing this setting will ensure that we have access to analyse your data and keep your account up-to-date.
